• Product photos are for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ from the actual item
• Liquidation items are sold as-is; descriptions reflect their condition as accurately as possible
• Stock availability is not guaranteed until order confirmation

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order:

• You confirm you have legal authorization to use the payment method provided
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never store any banking data
• We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of a pricing error or stock shortage
• An order confirmation will be sent to you by email after validation
• Discount coupons are only valid under the terms associated with them

6. Shipping

For delivery of your orders:

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Free shipping is offered on orders over $75
• LiquidationChapChap is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs
• You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address

7. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy applies as described on our dedicated returns page. Returns must be initiated within the specified timeframe. Some liquidation items may be non-returnable depending on their condition or nature.
