Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request. After this period, we will unfortunately be unable to accept your request.

• Defective or damaged items upon delivery
• Items that do not match the website description
• Wrong item received
• Items in original unopened packaging

• Used, washed, or buyer-damaged items
• Items without original packaging
• Final sale liquidation items (indicated on product page)
• Food items or personal care products
• Items returned after 30 days

1. 1Log into your account and go to the "My Returns" section.
2. 2Click "New Request" and select the relevant order.
3. 3Choose the return reason and add photos if needed.
4. 4Our team reviews your request within 48 business hours.
5. 5If approved, you'll receive shipping instructions by email.
6. 6Refund is processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
