Times are estimates and may vary during peak periods (holidays, sales). They start from the shipping confirmation, not the order date.
Delivery Zones
- We deliver anywhere in Canada.
- We do not ship internationally at this time.
- P.O. boxes are accepted for small parcels.
- Some heavy or oversized items may be restricted to specific areas.
Carriers
- Canada Post — standard and priority
- Purolator — express and oversized parcels
- UPS — depending on destination and weight
- The carrier is selected automatically based on the item and your address.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order ships.
Damaged or Lost Parcel
- If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos before opening it.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- For lost parcels, we open an investigation with the carrier.
- A replacement or refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2 PM (ET) on business days are processed the same day.
- Orders placed Friday afternoon, Saturday, and Sunday are processed Monday.
- You will receive an order confirmation email, then a shipping email with your tracking number.
- During high-demand periods (sales, holidays), processing may take 1–2 additional days.
